Integration services in Juva
The integration services of the municipality of Juva offer guidance, counselling and support in dealing with the authorities, everyday life and leisure to immigrants from Juva who have moved to the municipality for various reasons. The reasons for moving to the municipality are often refugees, studies, family ties or work and entrepreneurship. Immigrants having permanent residence in Juva have the same rights and obligations as other residents
We work in cooperation with other authorities and organizations. Our aim is to support people to lead active lives in their local community and in Finnish society.
You can contact an integration coordinator if you need help, for example, with housing, applying for a place for your child at school or day care, or finding hobbies. We can also help you with other everyday matters, such as ordering a tax card, opening a bank account and providing guidance on community services. If necessary, we guide you to use the services of other authorities, e.g. regarding job search, residence permits and social security. Our services are primarily intended for the integration period, i.e. three years after arrival in Finland.
