A small family cottage with all amenities, located in a peaceful countryside setting on the shores of the small Melanen Lake. From the dock you can hear the soothing sound of the nearby rapids.

This cottage with all amenities is ideal for couples and small families, located on the shores of Lake Melanen, in its own private setting. The cottage's gently sloping, sandy and muddy shore is ideal for children's beach games: the cottage has 200 metres of shoreline of its own. The cottage has its own sauna, where you can enjoy a soft sauna bath without being in a hurry. There is a jetty on the beach and a private rowing boat. 

There are good recreational facilities nearby. There is a canoeing route Oravareitti for the whole family through Lake Melanen, and good cycling and hiking opportunities. You can try fishing from the cottage's shore or row out to the lake. Canoes and bicycles are available if needed. There are good berry and mushroom picking areas nearby.

Winter habitable, single-storey, round log cottage 45 m², also sleeping shed in summer. 
Heating: wood and electric heating.
Wood-fired sauna in the same building (12 m², for 4-5 people).
Beds: 2+2 (additional 3 beds in the sleeping hut).

The cottage is located close to a shallow, sandy and muddy beach. The beach is 200 m from the cottage.
